We want you to love your BlockBlueLight eyewear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all non-prescription items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the products in their original, unworn condition with all packaging included.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your eyewear in its original hard case and microfiber cloth to ensure it is protected from damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange pair within 3-5 business days.
